Little Free Library
Look for the little red house on Old Coach Trail at Flintlock. It’s called the Neighborhood Book Exchange or Little Free Library. It’s a way of sharing your books with neighbors and friends. Anyone may take a book or share a book.
About the Homeowners Association
The Coachman Ridge Homeowners Association is your non-profit civic association. It is dedicated to preserving the high standards of Coachman Ridge, and by doing so, continuing to maintain the increasing values of the houses here and quality of life for those who live here.
The Association:
Constantly works to beautify and maintain the entranceways to Coachman Ridge. Everything there, from signs to plants, is done by the Association, with Association funds.
Works with the City of Clearwater, Pinellas County, and departments in the Florida State government to ensure that Coachman Ridge receives the highest level of services to which it is entitled.
Coordinates Neighborhood Watch activities for the benefit of the entire community.
Tries to provide a warm welcome to new residents and a place where neighbors can ask questions about things that they may need to know.
We also try to have fun together. To find our more about our activities, click here.
Unlike many homeowners associations, membership in the Coachman Ridge Homeowners Association is voluntary. To find out more about membership, click here.
