The Coachman Ridge Homeowners Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to maintaining and improving the quality of life in Coachman Ridge.  Though membership in CRHOA is totally voluntary, more than 75% of the families in this development pay dues annually.

Dues 

Yearly membership is $100 per home, due in January.  The membership fee for new homeowners is prorated. You can pay your dues by check or PayPal.
